Every week we receive a report of redemptions that runs from Thursday 00:00 to Wednesday 23:59 and aim to send out the codes for cash every Friday.
If your claim was made on a Thursday it will appear on the following week's report. This means you’ll receive a text message with instructions on how to withdraw your cash on the next available Friday.
If you hit redeem on the Wednesday, you’ll be able to withdraw your cash a couple of days later on the Friday.
